Sinful Colors- Cinderella, Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear- Lacey Lilac, China Glaze- Luxe and Lush

Hello all!! i hope you're having a fantastic friday! i have a nail polish look to show you that i've been wearing for about a week now(also, thats why my polish is so far from my cuticles. hehe)! it's so pretty!

FLASH
DIM LIGHTING

UNDER A LIGHT BULB

here are the culprits!

Sally Hansen Xtreme Wear - Lacey Lilac
Firstly, i am overly impressed by these polishes! they are so creamy and opaque! this is also a lovely lilac color that makes me look super tan, and i'm actually super pale!

Sinful Colors - Cinderella
this is a sheer light blue with light pink iridescent sparkles in it! it's beautiful. i just wish it was opaque! which is why i used it to layer over another solid color. i picked this up at Walgreens while they were having a huge Sinful Colors sale for $.99!

China Glaze - Luxe and Lush
this is a beautiful Flakie nail polish from The Hunger Games nail polish collection and it's soooo beautiful! it's the only flakie nail polish i currently own. It's took one coat to get this coverage. I got this off of Amazon for close to $4.00 minus shipping. it looks so good over dark colors!

HOW I DID IT:

1. two coats of Lacy Lilac
2. 1-2 coats of Cinderella depending on how blue you want it!
3. use Luxe and Lush as an accent nail color, or on all of the nails!

close up of my accent nail! love Luxe and Lush!! :)

E.l.f. 14 Piece Nail Polish Cube

Last week i purchased this awesome 14-piece nail polish set from E.l.f. at my local Target. I have to admit it was one of the best purchases i have ever made when it comes to nail polishes because it was only $10!!
I will add photos of some of the colors as i use them on my nails! You should definitely go and buy one! Great for a present or for yourself (speaking to nail polish addicts like me!)

UPDATED 12/7/12:

so, overall, these polishes are a "meh" for me. The colors are absolutely BEAUTIFUL and dry really fast, and the color selection is pretty sweet. However, these polishes chip after like one day. My roommates even had it rubbing off of the center of their nail! weird! The glitter polishes also have a very strong scent. However, it was 10 dollars. That's less than a dollar per polish, so i'm not sad about it. I also tend to have a high nail polish turn over rate, so i change them pretty often anyways. SO, overall, if you want a couple extra colors that aren't that great of quality, pick it up. haha. But i would save your money for good quality nail polishes that go on sale. :)
